Productivity of winter triticale varieties depending on sowing dates

Abstract

Research results on the study of the effect of sowing terms on the yield of winter triticale varieties taking into account their morphological features and environmental response are presented in the article.

It was established that the yield of the studied varieties ranged from 5,6 to 8,4 t/ha on average for the research years. On average for three research years, the lowest yield (6,7 t/ha) was obtained when winter triticale sowing was conducted on August, 30; the highest yield – 7,7 and 7,8 t/ha – was achieved at the second (September, 10) and the third (September, 20) sowing terms, respectively.
