Использованы 17 микросателлитных локусов для выявления генетического полиморфизма среди 54 селекционных образцов чеснока озимого (Allium sativum L.). В результате амплификации с микросателлитными локусами было получено 115 аллелей, с 6,7 аллели на локус в  среднем. По результатам проведенного исследования выявлено генетическое разнообразие между сортообразцами, которые были распределены по 10 кластерам. Выявлены различия по генотипу чеснока озимого как между сортообразцами, так и пунктами, в которых проводили отбор.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results of molecular analysis for the identification of varieties of winter garlic, selected from different regions and regions of Belarus. We used 17 microsatellite loci to identify genetic polymorphism among 54 selection samples of winter garlic (Allium sativum L.). As a result of amplification with microsatellite loci, 115 alleles were obtained, with an average of 6,7 alleles per locus. Based on the results of the study, genetic diversity was revealed between the accessions, which were distributed over 10 clusters.
