Solani с помощью подобранных видоспецифических молекулярных маркеров. Приведены примеры ПЦР – детекции этих видов грибов, представленных в коллекции изолятов, собранных в Беларуси сотрудниками Института защиты растений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This paper describes a method for isolating of total DNA from Rhizoctonia spp. mycelium and PCR (polymerase chain reaction) techniques for the identification of R. cerealis and R. solani species using selected species-specific molecular markers.
